As president of Parvani Commercial Group, Inc., Reshma Parvani has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate. She began her career in the industry in 1995, and after several years of growth and success with a number of major real estate companies, she decided to venture out on her own and found the Parvani Group in 2006.
Reshma is known for her unwavering support for her clients and for going above and beyond with every single transaction. She believes in going the extra mile and leaving no stone unturned. She strives to provide optimum customer service for all her clients. In addition to her experience in real estate, she has worked with highly respected and well-known companies such as Badia Spices, Passion Growers and Aeropost, to name a few. With fluency in English, Spanish, Hindi and Cantonese, Reshma’s language skills prove invaluable to customers in Miami’s culturally rich area..

Vishal Parvani is a highly accomplished industrial real estate broker and Vice President at Parvani Commercial Group, with over 10 years of experience in the industry. He is known for his expertise in the sales and leasing of industrial warehouses, office buildings, and land, and has successfully represented a wide range of clients, including buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
What sets Vishal apart is his unwavering commitment to adding value for his clients, and building strong, trusting relationships with them. He firmly believes that closing deals comes after establishing a solid foundation of trust and adding value to his clients' business goals.
Vishal's areas of expertise include Doral, Medley, and Hialeah Florida, where he has demonstrated a deep understanding of the local commercial real estate market and a track record of delivering results for his clients.
In addition to his successful career in real estate, Vishal is also a part of the hit docuseries "Family Karma," which airs on Bravo/Peacock. He is happily married and enjoys spending his free time traveling, hiking, and volunteering at animal shelters.
Kathery joined the Parvani Commercial Group team in 2018 as an Office Assistant. She now holds her Real Estate Sales Associate license and continues to work with the Parvani Group Team as Executive Assistant.
Kathery graduated from Florida International University with a Finance degree and has found her passion in Real Estate. Born and raised in Miami, Kathery possesses a great deal of knowledge about South Florida which combined with her dedication for helping our clients, ensures all of your real estate needs are met.
